- PR 55446065 for NSN 2995-01-446-2561, Approved sources: Boeing Company, CAGE 76301, Ace Clearwater 7N843 and Exotic Metals 06689, P/N 7-311632302-9. DLA Aviation may not have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This is not a Critical Safety Item. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 31 each. Inspection/Acceptance Origin and FOB Origin, delivery 425 days ARO or less. A Contractor First Article Test is required. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set aside. The issue date is on or about 12/18/2014, and the closing date is on or about 01/19/2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited on the RFP. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)/ invitation for Bid (IFB)"from the menu under the tab "Solicitations". Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The solicitation package must be completed in its entirety prior to submission. Incomplete submission of the solicitation package may be deemed unacceptable and may result in disqualification of proposal. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contactor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation which may be evaluated for future procurments. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
