Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Project #4CA1118 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Fernando Delineated Area: North: San Fernando Mission Blvd., to San Fernando Rd., to Hubbard St. East: Glenoaks Blvd. to Van Nuys Blvd.; Van Nuys Blvd. to Laurel Canyon Blvd. South: Branford St. to Laurel Canyon Blvd. West: Laurel Canyon Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,960 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,300 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Per local code Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 reserved Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Space to be located within two city blocks of a primary or secondary street with scheduled public transportation; Where on-site parking is not available, parking for disabled must be located within the same block. Space shall be contiguous, located on the first floor. If offered on an upper floor, space must be contiguous with a minimum of two accessible elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator; Space must allow efficient office configuration (space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide). Columns must be at least 20' from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2' square; Offered Space shall provide for a minimum ceiling height of 8 feet 6 inches (with 9 foot structural beams). Janitorial services to be provided on weekdays between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
