- This is a market survey for New Bedford Panoramex Software Upgrade and Hardware Spares Kits. The items, part numbers and NSN numbers are listed in the attachment. The software, JNU LDIN RCS, was developed by NBP under an earlier contract specifically for this application. The hardware kits are replacements for NBP material in the existing LDIN. Currently, the only known source for these units is through New Bedford Panoramex, Claremont, CA. The FAA does not have source code, drawings or specifications for these items. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This market survey is being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside the competition among service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. If no acceptable responses are received FAA will proceed to a single source award. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: Capability Statement “ This document should identify services and supplies provided by your firm, and previous contracts for similar items. All responses to this market survey must be received by 11/28/2014.
