Description

The amendment is to extend the due date for questions to November 24 at 5pm EST and to extend the due date for proposals to December 16, 2014 The National Security Executive Leadership Seminar (NSELS), course code PT-330, is the Department of State's flagship interagency course. It is run by the Foreign Service Institute's Leadership and Management School. The goal of the NSELS program is to help create a more collaborative and effective cadre of national security professionals who will collectively advance the national interests of the United States. Per the overall course objectives, at the end of the seminar, participants will be able to: • More effectively contribute to the national security policy formulation process; • Analyze national security challenges and opportunities from a long-term perspective; • Leverage networks and more effectively collaborate across agency lines; and More effectively lead interagency teams
