Kingsbridge Road Rm. 9b64 Bronx NY 10468 Synopsis: Please note that this is not a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Lyons VA Medical Center, is conducting a market survey for qualified for providing the following item for the New Jersey VAMC Centers. 1)Toro 600 Debris Blower Model #44536 Brand Name or Equal, 3PT Hitch Mount, 540 PTO Drive, 9000 CFM Output, 1173 RPM @ 540 PTO Input, Two 13x5.00-6 Caster Wheels and two year warranty. The 3 PT Hitch Mount must be compatible with a variety of tractors and vehicles. 2)3-point hitch 540 PTO (power take-off)drive to be compatible with a wide variety of tractors and vehicles 3)Produces over 9000 cfm of wind power 4)1173 rpm at 540 PTO input 5)Deflector chute for 180-degree diversion 6)Frame is constructed with ¼" steel 7)Two 13 x 5-6 pneumatic rubber tires 8)Skid plate and rear turf roller 9)Manuals - (2) Operator's and (2) Service at no charge 10)Two year warranty at a minimum 11)Authorized dealer to receive delivery of aforementioned equipment from manufacturer, perform necessary set-up/inspection and deliver all of the required equipment to VA NJ HCS in Lyons NJ The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 333112. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing via email and must be received no later than November 26, 2014. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for this procurement relative to NAICS 333112. Qualified offerors shall be experienced in addition to providers (sellers) capable of supporting this facility. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to (a capabilities statement), DUNS number, address, point of contact. If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) (see internet site: http://www.ccr.gov).
