The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: El Paso, TX Delineated Area: Offered buildings must be located within the Central Business District of El Paso, Texas. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,933 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,933 ABOA SF Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 structured parking space Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. The Government requires professional office space which shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space shall not be located on the same floor in the same building as any law enforcement tenants. Public transportation must be within 1/4 mile from the building entrance. Amenities including restaurants, retail shops, cleaners banks etc. must be within ¼ mile from the building entrance. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Request for Lease Proposals. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. B. Projected Dates.
