- The Government intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract for an COVER, RECORDS HOLDER, MFG: AGM CONTAINER CONTROLS, P/N #: TA485-RC-1130 and COVER, ASSEMPLY, REPLACEMENT, MFG: AGM CONTAINER CONTROLS, P/N #: TA486-RC-1841. Letterkenny Army Depot intends to make an award to AGM Container Controls Inc DBA A G M, 3526 E Fort Lowell Rd, Tucson AZ 85716. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) and is not technically authorized to approve sources. All interested sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any proposal received within seven (7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any proposals should be e-mailed to jennifer.l.elliott10.civ@mail.mil no later than 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on 26 November 2014. Only proposals received by this date will be considered.
