- RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (g) and with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is OPM2615Q0007 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-77 dated November 13, 2014, 2014. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110, and the small business size standard is $ 30 million. This is a small business set-aside. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is soliciting a facility between 40 and 100 miles outside of the Washing ton DC area for meeting space, lodging, meal/break service and AV equipment and support. The contractor shall provide accommodations IAW the Statement of Objectives (detailed below). Note: Lodging, food and beverage services cannot exceed the federal daily per diem rates. Only e-mailed requests for additional information will be accepted at bonnie.boston@opm.gov through 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), November 28, 2014. Offerors are invited to submit their quotations in response to this notice by 12:00 PM (EST), December 10, 2014. Quotations submitted in response to this notice shall include the solicitation number in the subject line and be signed, dated and submitted via email to bonnie.boston@opm.gov. All files should be named with the company name, solicitation number and description of the document. Example - XYZ company OPM2615Q0007 Technical Proposal. Technical and Pricing proposals MUST be in two separate files. If your technical and price proposal are not submitted in two separate files, your response to this solicitation will be considered non-responsive and will not be given any further consideration. Attachment A is mandatory. Proposals not containg Attachment A will be considered non-responsive and given no further consideration. Each of the parts shall be separate and complete, so that evaluation may be accomplished independently of and concurrently with the evaluation of the others.
