- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure WP5000 8000 Hour Overhaul parts kit, P/N 085-154 system and components. The parts kit system and components are being procured on a sole source basis from Sauer Compressors USA of Stevensville, MD. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
