- The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC), Albany, GA is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties, with an approved Marine Corps Authority to Operate (ATO), having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for services in support of the Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) enterprise. Performance under this requirement will be conducted at 54 locations worldwide. All CSP facilities are government owned. The period of performance is one year. The proposed NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541614; Size Standard is $15.0M. This acquisition will not be set-aside for small business. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposal; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to determine if a contractor can provide: (1) logistics services to manage, support, and operate the CSP network and (2) Marine Corps visibility of assets via the contractor owned contractor operated Asset Visibility Capability (AVC) system. The AVC system must be fully certified and accredited under Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) by the Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) C4 Cyber Security with a full ATO, to include the AVC IT solution and hosting facility prior to submission of your response. The Contractor ™s AVC system is a key resource used in the management and operations of the CSP network. These services are currently being provided by Lion Vallen, Industries, (LVI) Cage 05AL2. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) and supporting information to enable the government to evaluate offeror ™s capability to provide these services, including proof of the HQMC approved DIACAP AVC IT system requirement.
