Description
Sources Sought United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC), is in the process of further developing the acquisition strategy to obtain non-personal On-Site travel Program Support Services. The period of performance will be for one (1) year. This acquisition will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted in conjunction with this sources sought notice. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541990. The government seeks industry input to further develop an acquisition strategy and hear from interested vendors that have the capability to support this requirement within the designated region. Interested businesses are encouraged to submit a capabilities statement that describes their ability to support the scope of this requirement. Small businesses interested in a potential set-aside are encouraged to provide evidence that they can meet the requirements of FAR clause 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting . Evidence shall support that at least 50% of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern. Please also include CAGE Code, DUNS Number, and business size, as well as any other pertinent information. Please provide these packages by 1400 hrs EST, 24 November 2014 via email to Mr. David Brown, USFFC Procurement Analyst, david.b.brown@navy.mil. Please reference ON-SITE TRAVEL PROGRAM SUPPORT in the subject line. Comments on the attached draft PWS are not requested at this time. Statements shall be no more than 5 pages in length. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. The Government will provide email confirmation of receipt of your statements. If companies do not receive an email confirmation after submitting their capabilities statement, they are urged to verify receipt telephonically.
