Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary to provide Refuse Services at Puerto Rico National Cemetery, 50 Avenue, Cemeterio Nacional, Hato Tegas, Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Contract period of performance is Base & Four (4) Option years after date of award and notice to proceed is issued. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 562111. Size standard of $38.5 million is applicable. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the form of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the government, which includes the following: 1) Past Performance Business Questionnaire and 2) Price. Electronic solicitation will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around November 19, 2014. Responses to the request for quotation are due by 1:00 P.M., EDT, December 18, 2014. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the request for quotation which is available at Fed Biz Opps. No paper copies will be issued. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendment or additional information via the fedbizopps website. Potential contractors must be registered in the Systems Award Management database to be eligible for award (see Internet site: http://www.sams.gov/).
