Network Contracting Office (NCO) is planning to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for data warehouse management and analysis at the VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System (VAPIHCS). The contractor shall provide all resources and perform all necessary functions, including education, in accordance with industry acceptable practices and standards in delivering database management services. The tools relying on the Data Warehouse (DW) consist of: Enhanced Document and Referral Management system (eDR); Waitlist tracking; Emergency Room Visit tracking; JANUS 3.0 reports (authorization and consult tracking); Insight Clinician Dashboard (clinical reminder, order, and lab tracking); and others. The solicitation number for this RFQ is VA261-15-Q-0087. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 19, 2014, with an anticipated proposal due date of November 24, 2014. The Period of Performance is for a period of six months. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541519, size standard $27.5 million. This will be a firm fixed priced contract and is 100% set aside for small business. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Nicole.do@va.gov not later than November 21, 2014 at 4:00 PM HST.
