Description

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, Contracting Department, intends to procure on a sole source basis, Extron Electronics equipment in support of the Joint Staff, J6. In accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia intends to solicit only one source, Extron Electronics and its authorized resellers. -- The only company that can supply the equipment to meet the Government ™s minimum needs. This procurement is being processed through other than full and open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their capability to provide the required services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, all capability information received by the designated date and time will be considered by the Government. Solicitation under N00189-15-T-Z038 is available on NECO. Information shall be received at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia no later than 01:00 PM (Eastern Time) on 28 November 2014. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. The NAICS code is 334220. FSC: 7045. All responses shall be emailed to Karen.Morris@navy.mil.
