Description: THE ATTACHED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) IS A DRAFT AND CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH A REVISION. WILL UPDATE THIS ANNOUNCEMENT AND PROVIDE THE FINAL APPROVED COPY WITH THE SOLICITATION. Provide all facilities, equipment, labor, supervision, materials, tools and transportation necessary to sample and test for PCB contamination in electrical transformers and properly transport and dispose of the electrical transformers from Building 6045, Schofield Barracks and Building 60, Fort Shafter, Island of Oahu. Sampling, testing, transportation and recycling/disposal of transformers shall be performed in accordance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH), Department of Transportation (DOT), Defense, Reutilization & Marketing Office (DRMO), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Federal, State and local laws, regulations and ordinances.
