Description

Network Contracting Office 23, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking proposals to provide Emergency Department Physicians Services for the Fargo VA Medical Center, Located in Fargo, North Dakota. The period of performance shall be for a base year period with one, one-year option period to renew at the discretion of the Government. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item, firm-fixed (unit) price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror whose proposal conforms to all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and any other information required by the solicitation, and provides the best value to the government. This procurement is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621111 is $11 Million. All offerors who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide a proposal. Offerors are reminded to provide a complete proposal as required by FAR 52.212-1 and addendum, as well as, completion of the Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items of the solicitation at FAR 52.212-3 and/or online through www.sam.gov. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice and is not a request for formal quotations. Electronic versions of the solicitation will be available on or around October 13, 2014 and may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and enter the solicitation number. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Questions to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer no later than 1:00 PM Central Standard (CST), November 25, 2014 to the following email address: Jason.Hinze@va.gov. No other form of communication will be accepted.
