CONTACT INFORMATION IS ALSO IN THE BODY OF THIS SOLICITATION.**** NASA/MSFC has a requirement for one (1) Atlas Copco Elektronikon GA Oil Injected Rotary Screw Air Compressor Series GA75P A 125 APC 460 60 Part # 8153580090. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 333912/500 respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. However, any award from this RFQ shall require the potential vendor to be certified within the System For Award Management System (SAM) and completion of Reps and Certs in the SAM system prior to award at www.sam.gov. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Hangar AF Bldg. #66310, 14565 Hangar Road, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL 32920. Delivery date TBD. Offers for the item described above are due by 4:00 P.M. C.S.T., November 19th, 2014 to Josh Stiles(ARCS) at Joshua.B.Stiles@nasa.gov" and must include solicitation number, FOB destination, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration, taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1 (APR 2014), Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, which is incorporated by reference. If the end product offered is other than domestic end product as defined in the clause entitled "Buy American Act -- Supplies," the offeror shall so state and shall list the country of origin. FAR 52.212-4 (MAY 2014), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable. FAR 52.212-5 (OCT 2014), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items is applicable and are attached to this solicitation.
