Electronic keycard access Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and tele-communications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above address by 5:00 p.m. on November 11, 2014, and must include the following information: •· Building name and address •· Total square footage (RSF/ABOA SF) of building •· Floor plan •· Building site plan •· Rentable square feet offered and location within building •· Usable (ABOA SF) square feet •· Common Area Factor (CAF) •· Rentable Rate per square foot for a Fully Service lease •· Tenant Improvement Allowance offered (if any) •· Date space will be available •· Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within building •· Building ownership information (proof of ownership/control of property) •· List of building services/amenities provided •· Total number of parking spaces available for building
