- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to renew annual sole sourced award with Bureau of National Affairs (BNA), 1801 S. Bell Street, Arlington, Virginia 22202, for the purchase of copyrighted tax services materials from the GSA schedule in support of the Chief Counsel Law Libraries to include legal materials, writings in the field of taxation, bankruptcy, general and international laws of today. The BNA tax services are copyrighted materials and are only published and sold by BNA on GSA schedule, GS-20F-9425D. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this office is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This request is submitted under the guidelines of Streamline Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and FAR 8.4, Federal supply Schedules (FSS). Award will be issued in the form of a government delivery order. Payment shall be made thru Invoice Processing Platform (1PP). NAICS: 511130 All other publishers; PSC: 7610, Books and pamphlets.
