- Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Solicitation DESCRIPTION OF WORK The purpose of this requirement is to upgrade the existing conventional radio system to tie into the DLA Richmond ASTRO 25 trunked radio system with the latest release to include Over the Air Rekeying (OTAR), Programming over the Air (OTAP), and a Key Management Facility (KMF). The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, etc., and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The contractor will be required to provide supplies, installation and related services of the requested radio system replacement in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation. The solicitation references Motorola equipment, however the clause 52.211-6 "Brand Name or Equal" is included. If an "or Equal" is provided it is the responsibility of the contractor to provide information that the product is equivalant and compatible for this requirement. To validate "oe Equal" please include with your proposal all salient characteristics that demonstrates both compatibility and equivalancy. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS All questions shall be asked via email.
