- GSA Express Desk Program Q&As QMAA-CV-150004-D Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition QMAA-CV-150004-D RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of a "New 2014" or newer commercial vehicle currently in dealer inventory, available for immediate delivery. This combined synopsis/solicitation is in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 (https://www.acquisition.gov/far/current/html/Subpart%2012_6.html#wp1088488) in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed for Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 effective November 1, 2014. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and further solicitaion documents will not be issued (with exception of possible amendments, if applicable, to this solicitation). All amendments and any other official communications, if any, from the agency regarding this solicitation will be distributed via https://www.fbo.gov or by a means that provides easy access to the notice of proposed contract action through the Government-wide point of entry.
