Brickner, email: david.a.brickner2.civ@mail.mil Ms. Amanda Pierce, email: amanda.j.pierce.civ@mail.mil. This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking potential firms who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to provide Advisory, Analytical and Assistance Services on Logistics Processes to the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS), G-4, United States Army. The place of performance shall be on site at Government facility located at Headquarters, Department of the Army, Office of Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4, 500 Army Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Performance in some cases shall be on site at other military locations designated in the North Capital Region. ACC-RI is requesting capability statements from potential firms which include their ability to provide broad-based Logistics process support and Analytical support to the DCS, G-4. Potential firms must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the Army logistics enterprise, and a high degree of technical competence with regard to Army logistics operations, services, and policy. Specifically, firms must be able to: a. Provide analytical and technical support to develop and govern the execution of an Army logistics strategy, integrated and synchronized with Defense strategic plans. b. Provide professional and analytic support to assess the impact of current logistics issues and developing compelling presentations for target audiences such as senior Army and DoD officials. c. Provide program support to enable the G-4 to meet Department of Defense (DoD) supply chain requirements. d. Provide analytical and technical support to enable the G-4 to reach an integrated approach to strategic mobility. e. Provide analytical and technical support to asses a wide range of Army operations and logistics readiness issues. f. Provide analytical and technical support in all aspects of logistics automation processes, and implementation strategies. g. Providing analytical and technical support in resource integration processes.
