- Request for Information (RFI) This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a tentative requirement for Portfolio management, requirements gathering and Enterprise Architecture. No RFQ exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which ACC-RI can issue orders. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications (Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, HubZone 8(a), 8(a), HubZone, Small Business, Emerging Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Large Business relative to NAICS. The Government will use the responses received for information/planning purposes and to identify potential sources as part of market research. All information received in response to this RFI marked quote mark Proprietary quote mark will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. ACC-RI will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Please submit RFI responses by email to: Benjamin Kamp, Benjamin.m.kamp.civ@mail.mil, by 8 AM CST November 12, 2014. Services: The period of performance for the base period is anticipated to begin in 3 quarter of FY 2015. The order is also anticipated to have 2 one year options. The contractor will be required perform work at the Rock Island Arsenal, IL. The attached Draft PWS describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final PWS included in any Request for Quotes (RFQ). The ACC-RI requests demonstration of capability by interested parties through submittal of a brief capability statement. Please adhere to the page limit and provide as much of the following information as possible. 1.Not exceed and will be restricted up to three (3) pages. 2.Shall be electronically submitted to Mr. Kamp at the email address listed above. A paper copy and/or telephone correspondence is not required or desired. 3. Provide any comments on the draft PWS. 4. Include small business classification (s): (Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, HubZone 8(a), 8(a), HubZone, Small Business, Emerging Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Large Business relative to NAICS. 5. List references and experience, as prime contractor, in providing similar services for the past 3 years. 6. Finally, does this requirement fit under Other Computer Related Services?
