- Requirement is a preventive maintenance (PM) services contract for the Philips Magnetic Resonance Imaging system (MRI), Achieva Mobile 1.5T to include all labor, parts (excluding Gantry Magnet assembly), material, and travel to maintain the listed at the US Army, 121st Combat Support Hospital (CSH)/Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital (BAACH)(Performance Location: Yongsa, Seoul, Republic of Korea) owned equipment in accordance with (IAW) MFG specifications. he Contractor shall provide all trained personnel, labor, travel, tools, diagnostic equipment, software, hardware, firmware, test phantoms, materials, supplies, parts and test equipment necessary to maintain the equipment as listed in a fully functional state, IAW Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. All equipment hardware/software must be in compliance with JC, HIPPA and the NFPA 99 Standard for Health Care Facilities. The Contractor shall provide both scheduled and unscheduled services to repair and/or maintain equipment in a fully functional condition with a ninety-eight percent (98%) uptime guarantee (calculated on quarterly basis). Services under this contract will be performed by individuals who have demonstrated knowledge, certificate of the Achieva 1.5T MRI System, Gyroscan Mobile, and competence in servicing and maintaining the specified equipment under this contract. The Contractor shall insure repair technicians have been fully trained and experienced in testing and repairing the equipment and components on contract. The chosen representative by the Contractor will have at a minimum one year of experience in maintaining the equipment specified in Performance Work Statement (PWS).
