- Solicitation W9098S-15-T-0010 will be posted via ASFI for the procurement of 200 each Torsion Bar Housing Castings. A technical data package will be availlable with the solicitation. The technical data package will not be released/availlable to vendors until the solicitation is released. This action will be competed full and open, with no set aside. Estimated Solicitation Release Date: 14 November 2014 Estimated Response Time: 24 December 2014 This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing to obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation and solicitation documents may download it on or after the solicitation issue date by accessing the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm). All dates in this announcement are estimates and are subject to change. Note: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address (ASFI) in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respons to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. Request that inquiries be in writing only.
