Network Contracting Office, VISN 1 is performing market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified Small Business firms to set aside firm fixed price contract for Medline Interventional Radiology Procedure Trays (EXACT MATCH TO SPECIFICATIONS BELOW). The Government will use responses to this notice to make to appropriate acquisition decision. The Radiology Department at VA Boston Healthcare System has a need for MEDLINE standard procedure trays to be used during various procedures in the Interventional Radiology Suite. The requested MEDLINE custom trays are needed for PICC line placements, drainage procedures and angiography procedures. All customized trays must include safety components as listed in tray descriptions in order to ensure safe working environment and compliance with safety requirements regulated by VHA, The Joint Commission and other accrediting bodies. The use of standardized trays in Interventional Radiology will allow for decreased set up time, improved patient flow and reduced inventory costs and variation.
