Description

RFP Wage Determination Past Performance Monthly Fee Schedule Sample Gymnastics Class Schedule and Price List Statement of Work NAFI Contract Format and Clauses Instructions to Offerors The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA, is seeking services for Gymnastics Instruction in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number FA4610-15-R-0003. The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the government for reimbursement. A complete proposal will include: Standard Form 1449: Complete Blocks 12, 17a, 17b (when applicable), 30a, 30b, 30c of the SF 1449 and fill-in percentage on each line-item, past performance information sheet, and monthly fee schedule.
