- 151060-SOW FOR FY 2015 151060-PROGRAM DEVELOPER FY 2015 The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a single award for the provision of Program Developer Life Connection Program Services for the Federal Correctional Complex, located in Hopewell, Virginia. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contractor shall provide Program Developer Services for the inmate population in a correctional setting for the Religious Services Department at FCC Petersburg. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months. The estimated quantities for the base year 1506 sessions per year. A session is defined as one hour. The contractor will conduct services not to exceed 30 hours per week. The contractor will normally work, Monday thru Friday (except federal holidays), between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.,include a 30- minute unpaid lunch break. The selected contractor must be able to develop and coordinate reentry programs for participants and to provide after-care programs for graduates of the life connections Program. The Program Developer Coordinator in good standing with the faith community. The contractor will provide Transition services in accordance with Bureau of Prison policy. Offerors are requested to submit photocopies of their resume or license and/ or certification, and sign a consent for release of information for verification of credentials along with their quote price per session. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 04, 2014, and will be distributed solely through the General Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed soleley through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 813110.
