Description

The U.S. Government currently occupies warehouse space (19,228 SF) in a lease in New Boston, TX at Red River Army Depot. The current lease expired 3/31/14. The Government intends to pursue a new lease in the current location. The Government may consider relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime. Requirements: Delineated Area: Red River Army Depot, New Boston, TX Approximate Sq. Ft: 130,000 Space Type: Warehouse/Hardstand Term: June 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
