Description

PEST CONTROL SERVICES (Base +4 Years). The Pest Control Program must be capable of controlling all pests, to include snakes, rodents, spiders, mosquitoes, flies, wasps, gnats, roaches, bed bugs, cats, raccoons, and others considered as pests to a Medical Facility and within the vendors scope of licensure and all applicable regulations. It is recommended the bidder conduct a site visit as the bidder is solely responsible for evaluating scope of work. There are 38 buildings which consist of 1,067,939 GSF. The technician or service provider must live and operate within the surrounding area of facility and must be able to address service request within 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The provider must be able to respond on site to calls within 4 hours for priority calls where patients are at risk.
