- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, intends to acquire non-personal support services for the Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC) in Millington, TN, Communications and Information Technology Department. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(10). Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 10 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
