Description
The requirement is for a base plus four subscription for TIME system access and monthly BadgerNet TIME port access located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The subscription is for monthly non-traditional single device TIME system access and monthly BadgerNet TIME port access. The nucleus of the TIME System is computer based communications control center managed by the Wisconsin Crime Information Bureau (CIB). The control center computer interfaces TIME terminals to data files, provides the capability to send administrative messages terminal to terminal and statewide broadcasts. The control center computer is interfaced to the FBI's National Crime Information Center (NCIC), the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications Network System (NLETS), the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC). Approximately 17,000 law enforcement agencies participate in the national network. Data services include driver and vehicle registration systems in every state. There is an option for renewal years. The TIME system access and monthly BadgerNet TIME port accesses the state of Wisconsin which supports US Army at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin in its efforts to comply with: (1) HSPD-12 for a common identification standard for federal employees and contractors. (3) Federal Information Processing Standard Publication (FIPS) 201-1 Personnel identity verification (PIV) of Federal Employees and Contractors, dated Mar 2006.
