- This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 511210. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing the below. Provide Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center with AMP and Trace Hospital Combo Program. Program must be able to manage organization continuous compliance preparation process. Must simplify self assessment across the organization and provide a central location for all accreditation activities. Also highlight the new high risk area standards with an R icon. Provide the organization with the ability to download RFI's from the most recent triennial survey. The program must have an online tool that allows users to record, track and trend internal tracer activities by creating a custom tracer from existing templates or from scratch. Program must allow users to score EPs accurately by accessing related results of tracer tools, such as Tissue Management, EOC Tracer, and Pain Management. These tools, backed by a library of sample questions, must be utilized and customized to perform tracer activities in the organization. Must have reporting features that allows the organization to evaluate and analyze previously performed tracers, track improvements over time, and prioritize improvement projects for a department, organization, or health care system. Potential offerors having the ability to provide the product described are invited to provide a statement via e-mail. The statements shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.); and 4) Ability to provide the product. Responses are due no later than 1000 EST, Wednesday, 05 November 2014, and shall be electronically submitted to Tara L. McAdoo at tara.l.mcadoo.civ@mail.mil. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests.
