Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercial item identified below, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and offers are being requested. Solicitation number VA263-15-Q-0104 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This procurement shall be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 562111. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Health Care System, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has a requirement to procure General Waste and Recycling Removal (including one Sanipack Sterile Compactor Removal). Additional requirements are listed within the attached solicitation document. Responses shall include 3 references, and evidence of insurance coverage/certificate of insurance. Proposal is due by 4:00 pm CT on Friday, November 16, 2014.
