Description

Past Performance Survey DOL Wage Determination DD Form 254 RFP-- Performance Work Statement The U. S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is seeking the services of a qualified U. S. firm to operate USTDA's Information Resource Center (IRC) in support of the Office of Administration at its headquarters in Arlington, VA. Under the resulting contract, USTDA will require various administrative support services as outlined in the attached RFP. The period of performance for the resulting contract will be a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year options. USTDA anticipates award of a single contract, on a firm fixed price basis. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 561110 with a size standard of $7.5 million. Contractor personnel assigned to perform work under the resulting contract will be required to access Government IT Systems and/or sensitive/For Official Use Only (FOUO) information. Contractor personnel must possess a SECRET or INTERIM SECRET Security Clearance prior to being assigned to work on this effort. The successful contractor must possess a current facility clearance through the Defense Security Services (DSS). USTDA will not serve as a facility clearance sponsor for this contract.
