- Description
- The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 2,000-2,500 of USF (usable square footage) existing contiguous office space on one level or Above Ground/ Floor Level. Space shall include 35% circulation. Space must be full service including all preventive maintenance services, supplies, utilities and provide one (1) reserved parking space for Government Vehicle located within secured area including accommodations within the 10-12 mile radius of Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). Building offered for consideration must have the ability to meet all current Federal/TSA, State and local codes and regulations including, but not limited to, fire and life safety, handicapped accessibility, OSHA, and sustainability standards by required occupancy date per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The office space shall be climate controlled (HVAC) with a minimal ceiling height of 9 feet. 24/7 HVAC is required. High floor load capacity is required. Floor load of 150lbs required for the IT Storage Room. Roof antenna access may be required. Space must meet minimum Building Security requirements. Building's windows must be fixed and windows must remain closed and cannot have open access. Expressions of interest must include the following information: (1). Building name and address, location of the available space within the building (2). Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced (3). ANSI/BOMA office are square feet (ABOAF) to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOAF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not quoted rate includes an amount for tenant improvement (TI) and state the amount, if any (4). Date of Space Availability 5). Method of rentable space measurement ((6). Building Ownership information (7). Amount of parking available on site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rates include the cost of the required Government parking, if any; (8). Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building (9). List of building services provided. Additional Requirements: Subleases are not acceptable
