- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) W9124C-15-T-HYDR. This RFP will be full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 811310, quote mark Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment quote mark with a size standard of $7M. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Jackson has a requirement to solicit for Hydraulic Component Repairs for the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) Fort Jackson. The contract type will be a firm fixed price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five year ordering period. The Contractor shall be responsible for the repair of hydraulic components as repairs are needed in accordance with terms and conditions. (SEE ATTACHMENT 1) Responsible sources shall provide the following: 1. Price List which identifies the labor categories and material handling fee (SEE ATTACHMENT 1) 2. Representation and Certifications 3. Technical Capability Statement (See instructions to offeror's in FAR Clause 52.212-1, Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-1 and FAR Clause 52.212-2 (SEE ATTACHMENT 2) Proposal MUST be good for 90 days after submission. QUESTIONS: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning this RFP via email to jason.e.edwards.mil@mail.mil no later than 10:00 A.M., Monday, November 3, 2014. RESPONSES to this RFP shall be received no later than 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 12, 2014. Late proposals may not be considered for evaluation. Proposal must be emailed to SSG Jason Edwards, Contract Specialist, at jason.e.edwards.mil@mail.mil. Please reference number W9124C-15-T-HYDR on your proposal and in the Subject Line of any email(s). BASIS FOR AWARD: Award will be made to the responsible lowest price technically acceptable vendor proposal, conforming to the Request for Proposal. Technically Acceptable - Proposal clearly meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation Technically Unacceptable - Proposal clearly does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation CLAUSES: SEE ATTACHMENT 2 WAWF - In accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, the contractor shall submit their payment request electronically using the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
