Description

The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK has a requirement to Renovate and Expand the Operating Room Suite. Vendor to supply all labor, supplies and materials to complete Minor Construction Project # 635-12-302 in accordance with plans and specifications. Project will involve expansion of new surgical unit suite to include three large specialty operating rooms, an extension of the essential sterile core, a new recovery unit, a new pre-op unit, new support spaces, and a new two-stop elevator. NAICS code is 236220 is applicable to this solicitation. The small business size standard is $33.5M. The construction cost range for this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000,00. This procurement action is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 (d). Please provide your response electronically.
