- The Government is seeking responses to this sources sought synopsis from all interested businesses capable of providing the requirement. Small Businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business, ETC.) are highly encouraged to identify capabilities in meeting the requirements at fair market prices. Provide suggestions on how the requirement could be structured to facilitate competition by and among small business concerns. Describe any conditions, if any that may limit small businesses from participation. Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, Texas is seeking vendors who can provide a one-week seminar on the topic of Army Design Methodology (ADM). The seminar will cover the five space construct implicitly incorporating recent real-world applications to enhance future operations. The seminar must provide instruction on the ADM system of problem resolution in diverse, dynamic, and realistic environments. The training must provide detailed and current methodologies that provide and support evolution of these methodologies into new problem solving applications. At the conclusion of the seminar, participants will be able to: Optimize corporate strategic direction and Business Model Design. Incorporate a practical strategic thinking approach for decision making and problem solving. Mitigate risk and ensure organizational sustainability through shared understanding. Chart the way from a current undesirable situation to a future desired situation. Identify problems and set conditions for the implementation of solutions, assessment methods and adaptation mechanisms as the environment and problem situations change. Overcome the limitations of current strategic planning models, enabling organizational leadership to master complexity. Enable organizations to be anticipatory and adaptive even in the midst of the turmoil and uncertainty. Design solutions provide a dynamic leadership instrument that - if deployed and maintained - will enable organizations to increase shared understanding of problems. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training - Small Business Size Standard is $11,000,000.00. To support Small Business set-aside decision, it is particularly important that potential Small Business concerns provide industry comments as follows: (1) If you are a Small Business that performs on contracts under NAICS 611430 and plan on participating in the competition of this acquisition, please provide information relative to past performance and/or experience similar to conducting Army Design Methodology training. Information should be sufficient to support your capability to perform this requirement and should include detailed references (contract number, dollar value, scope of services and point of contact with their telephone numbers and whether it was a Government or a Commercial type contract); (2) state your business size and approximate annual gross revenue; (3) list your specific small business category (if applicable) for your company whether (a) HUBZone Small Business; (b) Small Disadvantaged Business; (c) 8(a) Firm; (d) Women-owned Small Business; (e) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business; (f) Veteran-Owned Small Business; and (g) other (explain); (4) provide your company's name, CAGE code, DUNS, address, point of contact, telephone number, and e-mail address; (5) provide suggestions to maximize the effectiveness of the anticipated solicitation and resulting contract in providing quality services to Fort Hood, TX. Information provided to the Government as a result of this request is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation, and clearly provided at no cost to the Government. Contact with Government personnel, other than the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer, by potential offeror's or their employees' regarding this requirement is strictly prohibited.
