Description
SPECIFICTION: USPS-S-10871 - SHEETING AND PRINTED MARKINGS, RETRO-REFLECTIVE PUB 500A CORPORATE SIGNATURE GRAPHIC GUIDELINES EXTERIOR SIGNAGE GRAPHIC GUIDELINES GRAPHIC GUIDELINE 500G JULY 2009 The United States Postal Service is seeking suppliers to manufacture decals for use on U.S. Postal Service vehicles and delivery equipment (i.e. collection boxes). Reflective and non-reflective decals are included. Refer to Publication 500G - Vehicles Graphic Guideline; Publication 500A - Corporate Signature, Graphic Guidelines and USPS Specification No. USPS -S-10871 Estimated spend is $673,000 per year. Initial contract performance period is planned for three years. An electronic ordering and payment system must be employed to conduct business electronically. If your organization wishes to participate in this RFP to manufacture decals for use on vehicles and delivery equipment you must 1) notify Fred Neuhaus or Lorraine D'Alessandro by sending an email to: fred.c.neuhaus@usps.gov and Lorraine.M.D'Alessandro@usps.gov no later than November 5, 2014 and 2) go to http://uspsesourcing.emptoris.com and register your organization. Registration is MANDATORY in order to participate in the RFP. On the log-in page, click on the "Register Supplier Organization" hyperlink and provide all the required information. Required information is identified with a red asterisk. Upon approval, registered organizations will receive log-in credentials to the USPS eSourcing application and will be required to complete training prior to participation in this sourcing event. A separate electronic message will be sent from Emptoris providing registrants with the training details - WebEx invitation and conference call number along with an invitation to participate in the RFP. You should register as quickly as possible to avoid missing the registration deadline.
