- Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The United States Forest Service, Southwestern Region intends to award a Contract for a service to provide Sleigh and Wagon Rides on the Valles Caldera National Preserve. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); Solicitation number is AG-7EAH-S-15-0001. The NAICS code is 487110. The small business size standard is $7.5. The address where this service is required is 39201 New Mexico 4, Jemez Springs. NM 87025. The resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price with 4 option years. All offerors must be registered in the system for award management (SAM) www.sam.gov. Offerors that are not registered in SAM may be considered non-responsive and will not be considered in the evaluation. It's required that the Offeror complete and return form FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. This clause is included in the attachment and can also be downloaded free of charge at www.acquistion.gov/far/. Offerors who fail to submit a completed FAR 52.212-3 may be considered unresponsive and will not be considered in the evaluation. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Labor Wage Rates (2005-2362, Revision No.: 14 dated 6/19/13) for services are included in this order and are applicable. The Date and Time set for receipt of offers is November 17, 2014, no later than 2:00pm Mountain Time.
