- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Bogota has a requirement for five (5) Light Armored Vehicle Lease in Tolemaida, Espinal, Sibate, Larandia and La Macarena for the United States Military Group - Colombia (USMILGP - CO). SUV Mid-Size Model 2013 or newer. Period of performance will be 1 December 2014 - 30 November 2015 Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13. The solicitation will be posted on ASFI/FBO and the U.S. Embassy - Bogota contracting website on or before 27 October 2014. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor the website for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
