Description

This pre-solicitation notice is for Snow Removal, New Castle, PA The solicitation number will be W15QKN-15-T-0010 which will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 12 month base period plus four 12 month option periods. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561790 size standard of $7.0 million. Prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-77. It is the responsibility of the vendor to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). The website is https://www.sam.gov/sam/. ALL INQUIRIES REGARDING THE SOLICITATION MUST BE EMAILED. The solicitation will be posted on or about 28 October. Quote dead line is November 12, 2014 at 12:00 PM EST. The due date will also be stated in BLOCK 08, PAGE 01 of the solicitation.
