- End Item Application - 72A TRUCK, HEAVY EXPANDED MOBILITY TACTICAL (HEMTT ) This requirement will contain one NSN - 6685-01-142-8237 for a Float and Rod. This solicitation will be result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base year and four option years. The proposed award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 3P item; the approved source is: OSHKOSH Defense, LLC DBA, - CAGE 75Q65, P/N 1317550. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government will use the policies contained in Part 13.5, Test Program for certain Commercial items. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base and Option Year EAD: 912 each, the total Max Contract Quantity is 4,560 each. The requested delivery is: 65 Days ARO; FOB: Origin - Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about November 10, 2014. S uppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the Central Contract Registry (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). Annual updates to suppliers' registration will be required. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
