Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Memphis VA Medical Center (VAMC) has identified a need to operate two (2) Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Arkansas: one to be located in the Jonesboro, Arkansas Area; and one to be located in the Phillips County Area. This will be a consolidated solicitation for these two CBOC facilities. The Memphis VAMC seeks to acquire these services from a single contract provider. A contract was previously awarded to provide these services and two contract CBOC facilities have been continuously operated with one CBOC in the Jonesboro, AR area for many years through present day; and one in and around Helena in Phillips County, AR from 2009 through present day. The period of performance noted in the solicitation shall be for a base period of one year, and shall include four one-year option periods. The Government prefers to make a single award from the solicitation for each CBOC facility, however the Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is in the Government's best interest, and the Government reserves the right to make no award from the solicitation. The solicitation will identify a time frame for submission of questions (approximately 2 weeks after solicitation posting) and all interested parties are asked to comply with the time frames set forth in the solicitation document for submission of questions. The solicitation shall set out specific requirements for submitting proposals and all Offerors will be expected to fully comply with proposal submission requirements.
