Description

Gadsden Job Corps Center Required Vendor Package Dairy Delivery Services Scope of Work THIS IS A BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER OPPORTUNITY WITH ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES/GADSDEN JOB CORPS CENTER AND NOT WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the U. S. Department of Labor for operation of the Gadsden Job Corps Center - a 260 student residential training facility located at 600 Valley Street, Gadsden, Alabama is currently soliciting bids for Dairy Delivery Services. All quotes should be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department by Friday, November 7, 2014, by 3:00 pm. Quotes received after the deadline and/or without all requested documentation will not be considered. Vendor is to return written bid on company letterhead, vendor paperwork, all licenses for doing business in the State of Alabama, Certificate of Liability Insurance, Worker's Comp., Comprehensive Automobile Liability and a list of references, if no past experience with the Center. The period of performance is December 1, 2014 through November 30, 2015 (subject to change).
