PR number 0052373895, NSN 1620-00-007-1782 Spacer Plate, P/N 14-40646-1 The approved manufacturer for this item is NORTHROP GRUMMAN TECHNICAL (0JRC1) / NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS (76823). The FOB point is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Government First Article Testing 1 Sample. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted and is not restricted to small businesses. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for a Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 25 each. Total Delivery with First Article Testing: 717 days. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. The synopsis issue date is October 23, 2014 and the closing date is November 24, 2014. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP).
