- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Project provides for the furnishing of all, labor, material, equipment, tools, parts and supervision necessary to provide, repair, install etc. complete removal of the built up roofing and insulation systems for Bldg. 141/142 to include new insulation and cool roof system, selective repair of standing seam metal roof, removal of existing decommissioned roof hatches, and other roof penetrations. In addition, installation of light tubes to provide natural lighting within the administration area. This project is within the Terms and Conditions of USPFO of ALABAMA's - MATOC IDIQ W912JA-11-D-00XX, award will be a Firm Fixed Task Order.. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 210 Days, after receipt of Notice to Proceed MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: $500,000 - $1,000,000 SITE VISIT: A site visit will be conducted on 30 October 2014 at 10:00 (Central Time), Building 700, Civil Engineering Building BRAND NAME and/or SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENTS are provided.
