- Pre-solicitation notice, W91QV1-14-R-0146, posted on 10 September 2014, is hereby cancelled in its entirety. The following pre-solicitation notice is posted as follows: This project is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. The anticipated NAICS Code is _311119 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. The Contractor shall deliver the following per Solicitation Number W91QV1-15-T-0004: 1) Grain, senior feed, 50 lb bag - 7 deliveries to Fort Myer throughout the year; 10 bags per delivery 2) Trace mineral salt block, 50 lb - 10 deliveries to Fort Myer throughout the year; 10 blocks per delivery 3) Trace mineral salt brick, 4lb - 10 deliveries to Fort Myer throughout the year; 100 bricks per delivery 4) Electrolyte feed supplement, 30 lb bucket - 3 deliveries to Fort Myer throughout the year; 50 buckets per delivery 5) Grass forge-chopped, used for hay substitute, bag - 6 deliveries to Fort Myer throughout the year; 50 bags per delivery 6) Sweat PDZ powder lime, stall freshener to put on stall mats, 50 lb bag - 2 deliveries to Fort Myer throughout the year; 50 bags per delivery 7) Beet pulp feed supplement, 40 lb bag - 2 deliveries to Fort Myer throughout the year; 5 bags per delivery 8) Galloway Horse bedding, 40lb bag, or an equivalent product that is medium to large flakes and comes in 2.44 cubic feet compressed bags bag - 11 deliveries to Fort Myer throughout the year; 1,350 bags per delivery 9) Legends 11P Show and Pleasure, 50lb or an equivalent product containing 11% protein, 6%fat and 12% fiber is designed for mature horses in show, pleasure and performance activities. Formulated with digestible fiber sources to lower starch and sugar levels to optimize glycemic response and promote calm behavior. Amino acid fortification helps to repair active muscle tissue - 22 deliveries to Fort Belvoir throughout the year; 50 bags per delivery 10) Custom Formula Horse Feed, description below (Numbers are subject to change) - 13 deliveries to Fort Myer and 13 deliveries to Fort Belvoir; 3 tons per delivery --------The horse feed shall meet the following minimum requirements: a. With the following ingredients: Corn meal, dehulled soybean meal, wheat middlings, alfalfa meal, soybean hulls, cane molasses, ground limestone, dicalcian phosphate, salt, manganous oxide, manganese proteinate, Zinc oxide, Zinc proteinate, Ferrous sulfate, Copper sulfate, Copper proteinate, Cobalt carbonate, Calcium lodate, Sodium selenite, Vitamin A supplement, Vitamin D3 supplement, Vitamin E supplement, Menadione sodium bisilfite complex (source of vitamin K activity), Riboflavin supplement, Niacin supplement, Calcium pantothenate, Vitamin B11 supplement, Choline chloride, D-biotin, thiamine mononitraite, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, Calcium lignin sulfonate, yeast culture, yeast fermentation solubles, Soybean oil, (propionic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate (preservatives). MICC - Fort Belvoir anticipates issuing Solicitation W91QV1-15-T-0004 on or around 28 October 2014. This will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The contract period will consist of a base period of twelve (12) months plus four (4) twelve (12)-month options periods. Annual Representations and Certifications FAR 52.204-8 (Jan 2014). The Representations and Certifications must be filled-in online at http://sam.gov/. The required Annual Form Vets-100 must also be filled-in online at https://vets100.dol.gov per FAR 52.222-37. IMPORTANT PAYMENT REQUIREMENT In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart part 4.1102, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
