- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources of service. Negative replies are also sought. Contractor should not include any pricing. Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) is seeking potential sources of supply for brand name or equal products, meeting the minimum specification of the name brand products below: Item 1: W25G1Q4287017T MFG: AGM Container Controls P/N #: TA485-RC-1130 Description: COVER, RECORDS HOLDER Quantity: 117 Each Item 2: W25G1Q4287017U MFG: AGM Container Controls P/N #: TA486-RC-1841 Description: COVER, ASSEMPLY, REPLACEMENT Quantity: 134 Each For the purposes of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332439. If you believe another NAICS is more applicable based on the requirement, please so indicate and state the justification with your reply. If your firm is capable of providing an equal product, please provide any literature or specifications to Mrs. Jennifer Elliott, jennifer.l.elliott10.civ@mail.mil by 29 Oct 2014, 4 p.m. Eastern Time.
